"iCan Bike", formerly "Lose the Training Wheels", is a unique 5-day summer program experience to give individuals with disabilities the self-confidence to learn to ride a two-wheel bicycle. Using specialized equipment, coaching and encouragement, participants will "lose the training wheels!" For individuals with disabilities, learning to ride a bicycle has many benefits, such as increased confidence and self-esteem, inclusion with peers, independent transportation, and most important, increased quality of life through recreation.
