Behavior Support

The Behavior Support Services at Capper Foundation is committed as a community leader in improving quality of life for children and families with autism and other disabilities through training, communication, and collaboration. Training and consultation are provided for parents and other caregivers by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our BCBA will work with each family to provide strategies and training on priority areas of concern. Families will learn how to carry out those strategies with their child in their home and community settings. Our emphasis is to work with parents and caregivers on engaging children through interactions, activities and materials that are meaningful, motivating and naturally rewarding whenever possible. Generalization to everyday interactions and activities is the target from the onset of services.
